Hosting and Server Data
This website is hosted using services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When the website is accessed, technical connection and log data may be processed in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. Depending on the request, this may include information such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser or device information, routing information and technical security data.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient provision of this website and protection against misuse or technical attacks. Cloudflare may process data in different countries, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards and contractual arrangements provided for its services. Data are retained only for as long as required for the relevant hosting, security and operational purposes or applicable legal obligations.

Local Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally as part of the website files. No connection to Google Fonts or another external font provider is required when the pages are displayed.
YouTube Videos
YouTube videos on this website are integrated using a privacy-friendly two-click solution. The YouTube player is not loaded automatically when the page is opened. A connection to YouTube is established only after the visitor actively chooses to load the video.
After activation, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. In that case, technical data such as the visitor's IP address and browser or device information may be transmitted to Google/YouTube. If the visitor is signed in to a Google account, Google may also be able to associate the interaction with that account. The subsequent processing is governed by Google's and YouTube's own terms and privacy information.
Loading the player is voluntary. Visitors may instead use the ordinary external YouTube links provided on the website.

If you contact Cosmo Radio FX by e-mail, the information you provide — for example your e-mail address, name and the content of your message — will be processed for the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry.
The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to correspondence). Where communication relates to a contract or steps taken at the request of the person concerned prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and any applicable statutory retention obligations.
Cookies, Analytics and Tracking
Cosmo Radio FX currently does not use its own analytics service, advertising tracker, marketing pixel or profiling system. The website itself does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. Third-party services may process data only when a visitor actively follows an external link or, in the case of the embedded YouTube player, chooses to load that service.

This website contains links to external services such as YouTube and other websites. Merely displaying a normal external link does not load content from the linked service.
